new top chef season

Just saw the promo for Top Chef "Texas", cool, can't wait for that. Maybe we'll see Casey and Trey a bit more. Also just saw the first eps for Top Chef: Just Desserts, cool show, doesn't appear to have any crazy people like season 1 and that Seth guy. Gail is like borderline hot!
